Community Guidelines

1. Purpose of These Guidelines

Dalal Ranking provides a public forum for community perception voting and critical media commentary. These Community Guidelines define standards of conduct required of all participants to preserve a constructive, lawful, and safe environment.

2. Strictly Prohibited Conduct (Section 26)

The following activities are strictly prohibited across all interaction channels on Dalal Ranking:

• Threats of Harm & Violence: Any direct or veiled threats to commit acts of violence, bodily harm, or property damage.
• Harassment & Bullying: Targeted abuse, relentless personal insults, or intimidation of any person.
• Doxxing & Private Information: Publishing or linking to private residential addresses, phone numbers, personal email addresses, national identity numbers, or medical data.
• Impersonation: Pretending to represent another person, celebrity, public official, or media company.
• Fabricated Evidence & Forgeries: Creating, circulating, or submitting digitally manipulated screenshots, deepfakes, or forged documents presented as authentic evidence.
• Unsupported Criminal Allegations: Launching reckless, uncorroborated criminal accusations in write-in nomination fields or inquiries.
• Intimate or Sexually Explicit Material: Non-consensual intimate imagery, pornography, or child sexual abuse material (CSAM) is subjected to immediate zero-tolerance bans and reported to law enforcement.
• Copyright Infringement: Uploading or submitting unauthorized copyrighted visual, audio, or textual assets.
• Bots & Automated Scripts: Using automated browser emulators, bots, scrapers, or proxies to artificially cast votes or manipulate rankings.
• Vote Manipulation & Brigading: Organizing commercial vote trades, mass false registrations, or coordinated brigading campaigns to distort organic community sentiment.
• Spam & Commercial Solicitation: Repetitive commercial ads, phishing links, or malware.

3. Enforcement & Account Sanctions

Violations of these guidelines will result in actions proportional to the severity of the offense:

• Immediate invalidation of tainted or bot-generated votes.
• Rejection or removal of write-in nominations.
• Temporary suspension or permanent termination of user accounts.
• Referral to competent law enforcement agencies where severe criminal conduct (such as threats or child endangerment) occurs.

4. Reporting Abuse

If you observe conduct or content that violates these guidelines, please notify our moderation desk via our Legal Complaints Portal or email grievance@dalalranking.com. Reports are reviewed by our team with priority.
